Case Study: NAWIC Utah – Strategic Sponsorship and Storytelling for Women in Construction

1. Project Overview & Role

I have been a long-time collaborator with the Salt Lake Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), contributing as both a volunteer and marketing consultant to support their mission of advancing the careers of women in construction. My role over the years has focused on building a sponsorship strategy, developing impactful promotional materials, and producing compelling video content that highlights the stories of women in the industry.

My contributions helped NAWIC Utah achieve significant growth, including a 30% increase in membership in a single year, while also more than doubling sponsorships. I led the creation of a sponsorship brochure, produced videos to celebrate NAWIC’s 60th anniversary, and developed a comprehensive communication strategy to raise the profile of the organization.
